1.How to refund or replace my order?

Please refer to"Returning Policy".

 

2. How to get invoice?

•  Please write down invoice title in the purchase procedure of "Need invoice (title of invoice)" and your invoice will get to you together with your order.

•  Or we make invoice for you later according to your demand as long as you supply the order code, invoice title and post address.

 

3. Suggestion and complaint

•  Please e-mail any of your suggestions or comments about shopping, item or the service to service@mastershanghai.com and we would like to appreciate it very much and give prompt response.

•  If you have any complaints, please feel free to dial 0086-21-52120737 to contact us. We will handle with it immediately. If you don't satisfy with our handling, you can complaint to the product provider or the Consumers' Association of Shanghai.

 

Returning Policy of Fantasy Tang

•  Any fragile items such as ceramics, sculptures, jade wares, color glaze, etc. are final and not exchangeable once received deemed by receiver's signing on the waybill.

•  Clothing, ornaments and weavings and embroideries may be replaced if the items diverge from those you ordered in size, style or code or there is obvious problem in the case you connect with the Custom Service Center of Mastershanghai within 7 days on the receipt of the item. Otherwise, we can't receive any requirement of refund or replacement.

•  House and living wares may be replaced if there is obvious crack or 5% damages of the item or the item can't function under normal condition in the case you connect with the Custom Service Center of Mastershanghai within 7 days on the receipt of the item. Otherwise, we can't receive any requirement of refund or replacement.

•  Other items except the above can be replaced in the case you reject to receive because there are damages or shortage on the item. Your sign on the waybill is deemed as a full and safe arrival of the item and the completion of the reasonability of Mastershanghai, thereafter all responsibility is transformed to the custom.

•  Any Rejection of item is not received by Matershanghai except under the conditions as referred in the article 3 or 4 above.

•  Items protected by IPR or with timeliness are final and not exchangeable unless they can't function under normal condition.

•  We don't receive requirement of refund or replacement in the case custom changes his/her mind about the color, appearance or others of item.

•  We can't guarantee the complete consistence of the color of picture with the actual item because of photo skill. We will try to depict the color on the page.

•  Contact with our Custom Service Center by e-mail or fax attaching your order code, name of item, the sum of money and the reason before requiring refund.

•  Post the item back to us by standard post (parcel). We will arrange the refunding within 30 work days on the receipt of the returning item(by post or through bank according to your choice ).

•  Please post the item together with the original package and package list.

•  Please fill the reason on package list or attach a paper with your name, address, e-mail, order code, reason and method of refund.
