It's free of charge to become a registered member of Mastershanghai. All you need to do is to apply an email address convenient for shopping, fill in information according to requirement and then entitle yourself an interest name still unused and then, just enjoy the infinite pleasure of shopping, on line!

 

•  How to find a wanted item?

You can find an item you want from categories of "Shopping Mall" on homepage or by "Search" it with simple input. For example, to find a bronze vessel, just input "bronze", you will see all products about bronze displaying on screen.

 

•  How shall a newcomer do?

•  How about the charge?

For common members, we charge you on the base of the price of item and a little delivery cost. Customs duties are not included. Please refer to "Payment" and "Delivery" for detail.

•  When can I get my order?

•  How to get invoice?

•  Please write down invoice title in the purchase procedure of "Need invoice (title of invoice)" and your invoice will get to you together with your order.

•  Or we make invoice for you later according to your demand as long as you supply the order code, invoice title and post address.

 

•  Where is my order?

You can ask for handling information of your order easily by signing in on our website, and then choosing "Your Account", or by telephoning to our Custom Service Centre. Furthermore, we inform you about your order handling by email in time. Meanings of terms in different stages of order handling are as follows:

The payment process is complete. Delivery process is still on going.

We have received your payment. The item is either to be dispatched from provider or about to be packed in our store.

Order complete! Delivery is on the way. We have received your payment and the order is on the way of delivery. Please wait for its arrival.
Invalid order Your order is invalid because
You didn't finish the purchase procedure;
The order has been canceled;
The order has been returned;
Other mistakes unexpected happened.
Please place a new order if you want to buy this item.

•  How to update or cancel my order?

We always handle each order promptly. But you can update or cancel your order before our delivery. If you want to change it after the delivery, please contact with us directly.

 

•  How to refund or replace my order?

•  What if "out of stock"?

•  "Cancel order": the order will be canceled in 72 hours after its forming if the item is out of stock.

•  "Update order quantity": we will contact with you about your mind if the item is out of stock for 72 hours after the forming of the order.

•  "Wait for products": we will contact with you about your waiting deadline if the item is out of stock for 72 hours after the forming of the order.

•  The order will be canceled automatically after 30 days if the item is still out of stock and we couldn't contact with you.

 

•  Can I get back my payment if the item is out of stock?

Of course you can. We return the payment through bank and remit it to your appointed account in 7 work days after you make a demand attaching with the order code, the bank of receiving, account name and account number.

 

•  What about the points?

You can win points accumulated when you purchase in Mastershangai and get rich redemption after getting certain points.
