Delivering Domestic

•  Item you ordered will directly come to you by express delivery.

•  You will receive your item ordered in 2-5 days after delivery (force majeure excluded).

•  Item within 3kg will be charged RMB30.00 as freight cost and a plus charge for that over 3kg will be charged on RMB10.00/kg.

•  Mainly Domestic cities available: Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Ningbo, Nanchang, Hefei, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Haikou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guiyang, Kunming, Xi'an and Wulumuqi.

Delivering Abroad

•  We choose the DHL and EMS to supply abroad delivery service.

•  Click Link 1 to see countries or districts available by DHL, and Link 2 , the freight; Link 3 is that about EMS.

•  You will receive your item ordered in 3-5 days by DHL or 3-7 days by EMS after delivery (force majeure excluded).

•  Delivery charges on you are that displays when you place the order on line (within 1kg ) in RMB, costumes duties of your location excluded.

•  You may inquire the progress of delivery by emailing to service@mastershanghai.com after placing an order. We will answer you in one wok day after receiving your email.

•  According to common practices in international express delivery, any large bulk item with light weight will be charged on the weightier of that of actual or bulk weight. The latter is calculated by item's length(cm)* width(cm) * height(cm) / 6000. Furthermore, single item with package weight over 1 kilograms will be treated as overweight items and accordingly charged with extra cost.
